As a service provider to French notaries, the ADSN Group has undertaken an ambitious digital transformation to modernize its financial and operational processes. Confronted with the rapid growth and increasing complexity of its operations, the group chose Beyond Plans to unify and optimize its financial management and project oversight around the Anaplan platform.
The ADSN Group’s transformation project was driven by the need to prevent a growth crisis. With a rapid increase in its business volume, the company faced major challenges: outdated internal tools, fragmented budget management with Excel files shared across multiple departments, and a lack of collaboration between different functions. Traditional tools could no longer effectively meet increasing demands, whether in terms of data volume, number of stakeholders, or the need for reliability and speed in budgeting processes.
The main objectives of the project were therefore to ensure the security and reliability of financial data, to provide better support to operational management in managing their operations, and to reduce the time spent on budget preparation, allowing more focus on analysis and simulations. Finally, the ADSN Group aimed to increase the involvement and accountability of operational managers in the budgeting process.
Anaplan for its flexibility and real-time capabilities
No fewer than four solutions were evaluated, including demonstrations, preliminary scoping, and presentations. In the end, Anaplan was chosen for its ability to meet the Group’s specific needs precisely. Key factors that made the difference included the platform’s flexibility, its ability to manage data in real time, and its seamless integration of various business processes.
However, as with any application project, the success of Anaplan’s implementation did not rely solely on the solution’s performance. It was also the result of the support provided by Beyond Plans. As an exclusive, certified partner, Beyond Plans was involved throughout the project, from the design phase to Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) and post-implementation support.

Code name: My’Budget
The solution developed by Beyond Plans around the Anaplan connected planning platform covers various critical aspects of financial management and project oversight: workforce and payroll forecasting, operational expense management, project management through integrations with tools such as JIRA, and investment forecasting. Code name: My’Budget.
By modeling in Anaplan, the ADSN Group was able to automatically consolidate budgets, improve real-time visibility of financial and operational data, and facilitate the sharing of information between different teams. This transparency and integration effectively increased accountability for operational staff and improved strategic decision-making.
Enhanced Budget Reporting
In short, the success of the project relied on several key factors: a clear vision of objectives from the outset, strong engagement from stakeholders, and expert support.
